Execution Idea: SNAP is a national food assistance program that gives eligable applicants monthly stipends to buy groceries at participating grocery stores.  The SNAP App would allow SNAP users to get the most out of their SNAP experience through its app features like budgeting, and the use of AI and robots for the generating of shopping lists, meal plans, recipes and delivering groceries to SNAP users who may be physically disabled, elderly, or children.
